ME 360 - Electromechanical Design
Documentation of the projects from my junior design class! The projects highlighted are a Yahtzee shaker, a SolidWorks dyanmic car model, and then that car built out and tested for a class competition. Each blog post highlights the steps to create each item.

Gasket Project
To ensure that two surfaces don't rub against each other, a thin gasket can be placed between them to fill any gaps.

The first step of this project is to ensure all features are accurately measured, which can then be used as the basis for a the SOLIDWORKS part.

Once the file was made in SOLIDWORKS, I uploaded the component into Gibbscam and created a toolpath for the CNC mill.

The gcode was sent to the CNC mill and made sure that the material was properly held, was was cut to the desired dimensions, and deburred
